Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does my child have to attend all six weeks of the program or can I choose the weeks they will attend?
A: You choose! We know that families have scheduled vacations or family visits to work around so we’ve made it so that you can decide which weeks your children attend!
Q: Will meals be provided during the half and full-days of Camp MTT?
A: MTT will provide basic breakfast snacks like granola bars and pop tarts in the morning for children who haven’t had breakfast, but all children need to bring a packed lunch on the full days they participate. Half days are up to the parents!
Q: What time is drop off and pick up for the half and full-day camp options?
A: Parents can drop their children off as early as 7:45am in the mornings, and children must be picked up by 12pm for half-day and 4pm for full-day.
Q: Will parents get an update on what students did each day?
A: Absolutely! When you pick up your child, you can chat with one of our teachers to find out what students worked on that day! You can also ask your child open-ended questions to get some good info from them!
Q: Is Camp MTT purely fun or purely academic?
A: We believe kids should let loose in the summers after working hard during the school year, but we also believe students should always be in learning mode! Our tutors customize learning strategies to support and improve academic and social/emotional outcomes for your kiddos.
